Pension reform

#1, All pension from last year in official civil service rank. If appointed from one rank to that of another higher than Pension is from orginal rank.

#2, All Pensions will be the higher of any two pension or more, Example, City worker, fire, Police etc., elected official, appointed to position, instead of collecting on all three pension than only the highest will be used, Military and Social Security does not count.

#3, All Pension will be from the last year, or contract at time of retirement. Change last day to set pension.

#4, Mariage, just before retirement, if one year than pension for one year, Pro rated, twenty years or more than pension for life.

#5, Hospital insurance should cost employee the same as if he/she were working.
