medical card

Why is it that it is so hard for us Americans to get a medical card and so easy for illegals to get one when they don’t even possess a license or some form of identification? We need to stop the illegals from coming into our state/country at least make it a little more difficult for them to stay here and use our tax dollars. That is why a credit check would be so useful here. A credit check would be so beneficial and we would save so much money and maybe for once be able to regulate who gets the medical card and how long they actually get it too.
