End Frivolous Medical Malpractice Lawsuits

Tort Reform in Illinois would go a long way toward reducing health care providers malpractice insurance and overall health care costs.
Ridiculous settlements over frivoulous lawsuits and defensive medicine cost billions. Cap settlements.
To lower heath care costs even more, allow citizens in Illinois to shop for medical insurance across state lines to increase competiton.
