Double Dipping

Stop the double dipping on the State of Illinois payrolls. By that I mean, stop letting peoople retire from the system and then be hired back as extra help at the same salary they wer making before they retired.!!!!!!!!!!
At a minimum if they come back as extra help they should be re-hired at the base amount that a new employee in that job would receive.
