Consolidate schools

Reduce the number of superintendents in the state and combine school districts for a huge saving. If the city of Chicago schools can get by with 1 superintendent why can’t the rest of the state have a proportionate number. The savings could be used to save teacher jobs and fund special ed along with advance placement programs for our students.
