Better enforcement of driving laws

Instead of laying off State Police officers, make sure they are actually enforcing the laws that are on the books. I am a truck driver and I go through Chicago and the area quite often and see trucks and cars both speeding on the tollway and on all of the roads around the state. I would imagine if the drivers don’t know how to be professional then maybe the troopers could remind them how to be by stopping them and giving tickets for the laws they break everyday. I imagine it would put quite a bit of money in the coffers as well.
