Raise the laboratory fee which is now currently $100 for persons guilty of a drug offense. Illinois is way behind on that one.

Every state worker has email. Instead of mailing the pay stubs to each worker, email it to them. Even if they print it out at work it will not cost anywhere near what it costs to mail it. With 198,669* state workers at $0.37 per mailing X 24 times a year it could be costing [...]
