Allow Citizens to Add Propsitions

Other states allow citizens to add propsitions that can be voted on. Illinois should too.
This will move the state to a true democracy bypassing bills that may be kill by State Government Committees.

4 Day Work Week

Move all state facilities to a yyear-round 4 day work week to save on electricity and gas. Makes sure that all facilities comply except of course those facilities which have to remain open such as state parks, and tourist locations.

Magazine and travel expenses

Two things:
Stop paying for magazine and/or newspaper subscriptons statewide (including universities).
Put a statewide moratorium on paying travel expenses, no conferences and no travel that is not essential to the operation of the state/school/university.
